At Pure Hearts Pediatric Dentistry, we offer a Sensory Adapted Dental Environment (SADE) to create a calm and soothing experience for children during their appointments. This room helps reduce overwhelming sights, sounds, and stimulation, allowing little ones to feel safe and relaxed throughout their visit. It’s especially helpful for children on the autism spectrum, those with sensory processing challenges, or kids who feel anxious about dental care. Although it’s thoughtfully designed with sensory-sensitive patients in mind, it’s open for all children to enjoy—including neurotypical patients who simply appreciate a more comforting, low-stress space.
